The victim was found wearing multiple
layers of clothing. He was wearing four (4) sweatshirts,
two (2) white to tan sweatshirts, one (1) red sweatshirt,
and one (1) black to brown sweatshirt, a brown jacket,
two (2) pairs of blue jeans, a belt, three (3) pairs
of white socks, a yellow t-shirt, boots, and boxer
type shorts. The victim was also wearing gloves when
he was found.

The victim had curled hair 1.25 inches
long. The victim was found with the following items
in his pockets: a nail clipper, three (3) keys, a razor
blade, and money of $0.75. He also had two (2) pairs
of white socks. deodorant, candy, and personal papers
in the pocket of his brown jacket.
