The victim was found on May 5, 1999 on Miller Street in Newark, New Jersey. At the time she was found, she was wearing a pair of light blue pants with a blue elastic cloth belt and silver colored buckle, a pair of black sandal-type shoes-size 9 with brand name "High Lites", white long sleeve tuxedo-type shirt, white long sleeve sweater, large blue scarf with gold and blue flower design and a V-neck beige tank-like blouse.
